Job summary

Hydrosave UK Limited in Kettering is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the Finance and Administration teams and deliver monthly management accounts, budgets and forecasts. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will drive commercial performance, manage cash flow, support pricing strategies and tender submissions, and coordinate the external audit.

This is a 6-month FTC with potential to become permanent. Join a team shaping financial performance and working closely with Directors and Divisional

Qualifications

• Qualified finance professional with CIMA or ACCA.
• Proven experience producing management accounts, budgets and forecasts.
• Strong background in cash flow management.
• Excellent leadership and people development skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.

We're currently seeking a Finance Manager to join our Finance team based in Kettering. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the financial performance and success of our organisation. Reporting to the Finance Director, you'll lead and develop our Finance and Administration teams to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of monthly management accounts. You'll work closely with Directors and Divisional Leads to prepare budgets and forecasts, manage cash flow, and support business planning. What You'll Be Doing

• Prepare and deliver monthly management accounts
• Partner with operational teams to drive commercial performance
• Support pricing strategies and tender submissions
