Job summary

Blusource Professional Services Ltd in Derbyshire is recruiting a Finance Manager to shape the future of a growing SME. You will work closely with the Head of Finance to lead the department and support strategic decision making.

You will review management accounts, oversee month-end, strengthen controls, mentor the finance team and drive continuous improvement. The role offers autonomy, flexible hours and a collaborative culture with free parking.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, or be in the final stages of your qualification.
• Strong management accounts and financial reporting experience.
• Experience leading, mentoring or developing a finance team.
• Experience in a growing SME environment.
• Proactive, commercial and hands-on approach with a passion for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support the finance team.

Working closely with the Head of Finance, you'll become a key part of the senior finance team, helping to lead the department while playing an important role in the company's next phase of growth.

The Role
