Finance Manager
Location: Wigan (Hybrid)
Contract: 9 month FTC
Salary: £55,000 (pro rata)

Outsource UK is seeking an experienced Finance Manager in Wigan to join a leading supply chain organization on a 9-month fixed-term contract.

This role is customer-facing, providing financial insights and support to multiple clients. You will present and interpret financial information to identify opportunities and challenge operational processes. Additionally, you will lead and develop the existing team to enhance service delivery and support.

The position offers a hybrid working model, with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage both the P&L and balance sheet, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
2. Deliver accurate and timely financial reports, interpreting operational data weekly and periodically.
3. Assist the Commercial Manager in preparing annual budgets and customer forecasts within strict deadlines.
4. Demonstrate relevant previous experience in finance management.
