Finance Manager

Remote - Full time

We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Finance Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Work on financial planning, risk management, and cash management
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and attend client meetings
• Support monthly business reviews and assist with ad-hoc financial tasks
• Clarify financial issues for operational teams and review budgets
• Track client spending and savings
• Prepare month-end financial reports
• Work with site managers to ensure contract performance
• Highlight risks that could affect contracts
• Develop financial processes and reconciliations
• Assist with budget and forecast preparation
• Provide financial training and support to teams
• This position requires travel to site meetings; a driving license is essential.

Qualifications:

• ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or similar qualification
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, including financial modelling
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels
• Experience in an international/multicultural environment is advantageous
