Finance Manager - £60,000 to £65,000 per year - Victoria, London (Hybrid)

FryerMiles is delighted to be working with a leading company to recruit a Finance Manager for their team based in Victoria, London.

Reporting to the Finance Director, the successful candidate will be the technical lead on accounting and controls, involved in all aspects of the finance function, and participate in ongoing ERP and BI implementations and updates.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Lead on technical accounting areas including acquisition integrations, corporation tax, and goodwill.
2. Ensure new BI tools produce the necessary reports and controls are in place.
3. Prepare statutory financial statements, including group consolidations.
4. Liaise with external auditors during year-end processes.
5. Work with the FD to ensure accurate and timely month-end, annual reporting, and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
6. Lead initiatives such as legal structure simplification and migration of accounting from acquired entities.
7. Ensure strong financial controls across all operations.
8. Oversee accounts payable and cash/bank operations, improving processes.
9. Provide leadership, motivation, training, and development for a team of three accounts payable members.

Experience & Qualifications

• Professional qualification (ACA/ACCA or equivalent).
• Experience in a large accounting practice.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and experience with best practices in processes and controls.
• Ability to succeed in a PE and acquisition environment.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels.
