Job summary

SF Partners is seeking a Finance Manager to join its established Management Accounts team in London. The role offers a broad, visible remit, strengthening financial reporting and controls as the firm grows.

You will lead monthly management reporting with analysis, maintain balance sheet integrity, and oversee lease accounting while developing the finance team. The position supports acquisitions and ongoing process improvements, with hybrid and flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with management accounting and financial reporting experience.
• Experience in leading and developing finance teams.
• Experience with acquisitions, integrations and process improvements.
• Availability on short notice is highly desirable.

We’re working with a fast-growing, PE-backed professional services firm to appoint a Finance Manager into its established Management Accounts team.

This is a broad and visible position within an acquisitive business, offering the opportunity to strengthen financial reporting and controls while supporting the firm’s continued growth.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Leading monthly management reporting and providing clear analysis and commentary
• Maintaining strong balance sheet controls and accurate reconciliations
• Ensuring lease accounting and wider reporting requirements are met
• Managing and developing members of the finance team
• Supporting acquisitions, integrations and ongoing process improvements

We’re looking for a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with strong management accounting, financial reporting and team management experience.

The business is looking to move quickly, so candidates who are immediately available or on short notice would be highly desirable.
