Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Experience producing and owning monthly management accounts.
• Strong technical accounting and financial controls knowledge.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Excel and financial systems experience.
• Proactive, hands‑on approach with strong attention to detail.
• Ambitious and motivated to progress within a growing business.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly management accounts process with accurate, timely reporting.
• Produce financial reports, forecasts, budgets and cash flow analysis.
• Maintain robust financial controls, reconciliations and compliance processes.
• Support year‑end audit and statutory reporting requirements.
• Provide commercial analysis and insights to support decision‑making.
• Partner with operational teams to improve performance and profitability.
• Develop KPI reporting and management information.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Support finance transformation initiatives and leverage technology to improve efficiency.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a high‑performing finance function.

Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will take ownership of the management accounts process, deliver insightful financial reporting, and partner with stakeholders across the business to support growth and performance. Key Responsibilities

• Own the monthly management accounts process, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Prepare financial reports, forecasts, budgets and cash flow analysis.

About You Essential
