Job summary

Camino Search is assisting a PE-backed professional services group headquartered in London with the Group Finance Manager role. The position is hybrid, offering exposure across multi‑currency, multi‑entity finance operations and a path to leadership as the group scales towards an exit.

You will own month‑end, consolidation, forecasting, payroll, AP, and audit support, partnering with senior management to drive profitability and control.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA with post-qualification experience.
• Experience building reporting packs and processes, not just operating them.
• Comfortable in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment.
• Strong Excel; keen to replace manual process with tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end and the group's consolidated books; journals, reconciliations, intercompany, the board pack.
• Own group forecasting, variance analysis, headcount, client revenue and project profitability reporting.
• Lead the roll-out and ownership of group-wide payroll, AP, chart of accounts and credit control.
• Support new business onboarding as the group acquires; data, systems, reporting calendar.
• Own the business-facing side of audit and support statutory reporting.

The role
