Job summary

Morgan McKinley is supporting a small, fast-moving engineering company in their search for an experienced Finance Manager to take ownership of day-to-day accounting and help build the financial infrastructure that will support their next growth phase.

The role covers management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and treasury, with a focus on improving financial processes and governance in a lean team environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified in ACA/ACCA or CIMA - QBE candidates are also encouraged to apply.
• Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience in manufacturing or engineering is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills.
