Job summary

Michael Page Finance is seeking a hands-on Finance Manager for a rapidly expanding FMCG business in the UK. You will lead budgeting and forecasting, deliver robust financial analysis and reporting, and partner with stakeholders across the organisation to drive performance and growth.

The role covers the full finance function, including month-end and year-end processes, with a focus on commercial support, compliance, and value-adding analysis to inform strategic decisions.

Job description

Reporting directly to the Group Finance Director, this is a hands-on, commercially focused role offering exposure across the full finance function. You will play a pivotal part in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, reporting, and business partnering, helping to drive performance and support business growth.
