Job summary

Reed is seeking an experienced Finance Manager / Head of Finance to lead the finance function within a growing FMCG business near Whitstable, Kent. You will own budgeting, forecasting and financial planning, produce management accounts and board reports, manage cash flow, compliance and audit processes, and provide commercial insight to drive performance.

You will lead and develop the finance team and work closely with senior management.

Qualifications

• CIMA or ACCA qualified
• FMCG experience essential
• Strong management accounts experience
• Previous team leadership experience
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
