Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Finance Manager or senior accounting role.
• ACCA, CIMA, or Accounting & Finance degree qualification.
• Strong management accounting and financial reporting expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the finance team and oversee day‑to‑day operations.
• Manage monthly close process and deliver accurate management accounts.
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and robust financial controls.
• Provide meaningful financial analysis, reporting and performance insights.
• Support annual audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity planning and working capital requirements.
• Monitor accounts receivable performance and drive collection improvements.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting activities across the business.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial regulations.
• Partner with stakeholders to support commercial decision‑making.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys combining hands‑on financial management with strategic business support.

The Role
