A well-respected Accountancy Practice located in Camberley, Surrey, is seeking an efficient and adaptable Finance Manager to join their established team on a full-time, permanent basis. The role involves managing a portfolio of outsourcing clients and offers a salary of up to £60,000, along with 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.

The successful candidate will have experience in providing services such as bookkeeping, management accounting, and business advice to a client portfolio. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your own client base, utilize advanced cloud resources, and focus on higher-level accounting tasks such as virtual FD roles, supporting fast-growing businesses through process improvements and management information support.

Job Overview

1. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
2. Reviewing statutory and annual accounts, corporation tax, and personal tax returns
3. Preparing reports to identify results, trends, and forecasts
4. Handling accounting operations including billing, management accounting, stock, cash flow, and revenue recognition
5. Ensuring quality control over financial transactions and reporting
6. Managing cash flow and debt collection
7. Supervising and motivating the outsource team
8. Reviewing VAT returns and understanding VAT regulations

Requirements

1. Experience in bookkeeping, accounts preparation, and management accounting
2. Strong cloud accounting and Excel skills
3. ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualification, or QBE considered
4. Experience in practice or industry
5. Client-focused and deadline-driven

Salary & Benefits

1. £45,000 - £60,000 per annum
2. 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing with service
