Job summary

KMD Recruitment is exclusively partnering with a growing business to recruit a Finance Manager near Bodmin. The role covers leadership of the transactional finance function, month-end oversight, payroll management, and stakeholder reporting.

The ideal candidate will be fully qualified (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) with extensive experience as a Finance Manager or Financial Controller, and strong communication skills to engage with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transactional finance function and ensure accuracy of reporting
• Oversee and support monthly closing and management accounts
• Provide cashflow analysis and information to stakeholders
• Manage payroll processes and related compliance
• Coordinate with accountants and auditors to meet reporting requirements
• Support ad hoc office management tasks as needed
