Job summary

Michael Page (UK) are working with a global business to appoint a Finance Manager to join a collaborative finance team. You will manage a small team, lead month-end and deliver robust financial reporting across an international structure.

Ideal candidates will hold ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification with proven management accounting and reporting experience, strong stakeholder communication, and a proactive mindset for process improvement in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification (or exceptional equivalent experience).
• Previous Finance Manager or Senior Management Accountant experience.
• Experience leading or mentoring finance professionals.
• Strong management accounting, reporting and balance sheet experience.
• Excellent communication skills with confidence presenting financial information to senior stakeholders.
• Proactive approach to process improvement, systems development or finance transformation.
• Ability to work comfortably within a complex, fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a small finance team.
• Own the month-end close and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Produce management accounts, detailed analysis and commentary for senior stakeholders.
• Review journals, balance sheet reconciliations and financial controls.
• Business partnering across multiple departments.
• Support audit, compliance and international reporting requirements.

Job Description
