Job summary

Amicus is partnering with a dynamic market-leading business seeking a Finance Manager for their Co. Antrim office.

You will own day-to-day financial operations, spearhead month-end close, and deliver insightful management accounts in a high-growth environment. You will drive the evolution of the finance tech stack with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and AI-driven workflows to streamline reporting and deliver faster commercial insights to leaders.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with post-qualification experience in financial management and FP&A.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Excel/Power BI.
• Interest in leveraging AI and finance automation to improve reporting.

Amicus is working closely with a dynamic, market-leading business as they expand their finance operations and seek a Finance Manager for their Co. Antrim office. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, this key hire will join a supportive and forward-thinking finance function, playing a pivotal role in maintaining robust financial control while driving technology-led efficiencies that support the group’s strategic expansion plans.

In this position, you will work closely with the Financial Controller to take ownership of day-to-day financial operations and spearhead modern reporting processes. Your core responsibilities will include managing the month-end close, preparing insightful management accounts, and maintaining strict balance sheet controls. Crucially, you will lead the evolution of the finance tech stack by leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 and integrating automated, agentic AI workflows to streamline reporting, reduce manual effort, and deliver faster commercial insights to business leaders.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with strong post-qualification experience in financial management and FP&A. You should possess hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, advanced Excel/Power BI skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for leveraging AI and finance automation.
