Baker Hughes invites applicants to join the Aspire Finance program in the United Kingdom. It is a rotational development track designed to build finance leaders through assignments across commercial and supply-chain finance, financial planning & analysis, treasury and investor relations, plus structured classroom training.

The program starts in January or July, includes coaching and mentoring, and emphasizes cross‑functional teamwork and global exposure to drive business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or equivalent degree in Finance or Accounting.
• GPA ≥ 3.0/4.0 or equivalent.
• Maximum of three years’ work experience post‑degree.
• Fluency in English (oral and written) with effective communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Collaborative team player with a continuous learning mindset, accountability and integrity.
• Geographically mobile and legally entitled to work in the country of application without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Complete rotations and assignments in areas such as commercial and supply‑chain finance, financial planning & analysis, treasury, and investor relations.
• Participate in structured career development activities, receive coaching and mentoring.
• Deliver assignment projects that contribute significantly to business outcomes.
• Network with peers and global finance leaders to gain exposure and support for assignments.
• Work on cross‑functional, mission‑based teams to solve international business challenges.
