Job summary

BNY is offering a 24-month Analyst Program in the Office of the CFO - Finance based in Manchester. You will rotate through finance teams, gaining hands-on experience in financial planning, analysis, reporting, and capital management while contributing to strategic initiatives.

As an analyst, you will collaborate across lines of business and corporate functions, develop expertise in financial operations, and be mentored by senior leaders to build your early career in global finance.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a 3 or 4-year undergraduate degree program with a strong focus on business-related and/or technology-related majors preferred
• Graduating in Dec 2026 or Summer 2027
• On track to achieve a 2.1 or higher
• Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the country where applying.

Responsibilities

• Support finance teams that help maintain BNY's financial integrity, support sustainable growth, and drive operational excellence across the firm.
• Assist with work related to financial planning and analysis, reporting, balance sheet analysis, capital management, and strategic planning.
• Conduct data analysis and help interpret financial information to provide insights into business performance, risks, and opportunities for efficiency.
• Collaborate across practices, platforms, and teams on projects that support decision-making, process improvement, and the use of emerging financial technologies.
