Qualifications

• Strong academic background with an interest in financial management.
• Expected graduation year 2027.
• Basic understanding of financial statements, accounting procedures, internal and external reporting, and variance analysis.
• Excel, PowerPoint and Word proficiency.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Data analysis and accounting interest.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
• Leadership experience in school or community organization.
• Outside interests and achievements beyond academia.

Responsibilities

• Product Control: ensure the integrity and validity of P&L and Balance Sheet for trading desks and related functions.
• Legal Entity Control: oversee financials of legal entities and regulatory reporting.
• Financial Control: maintain general ledger integrity and controls over the transaction cycle.
• Planning and Analysis: provide financial and strategic analyses and forecasting.
• Regulatory Reporting & Capital Policy: prepare regulator reports and monitor capital requirements.
• Program Management: drive large-scale cross-LOB initiatives.
• Business Management: act as trusted advisor to business heads and optimize performance.
