Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with professional membership (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
• Proven experience in a Finance Business Partnering role.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling skills.
• Ability to translate complex financial information into clear insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the lead finance business partner across operational and manufacturing departments.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and reporting activities for operating expenditure across designated departments.
• Deliver insightful analysis of financial performance, identifying risks/opportunities.
• Support decision-making through scenario modelling and investment appraisals.
• Manage capital expenditure planning and reporting, aligning with financial targets.
