Job summary

Atkinson Moss Ltd. is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to lead the finance function for manufacturing. You will oversee monthly management accounts, budgeting, forecasting and financial governance, partnering with operational leaders to drive performance and improvements.

This hands-on leadership role offers ownership of manufacturing finance, development of the team, and close collaboration with the wider business to enhance financial and operational results.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly management accounts process, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Manage and develop the manufacturing finance team.
• Maintain strong balance sheet controls and financial governance.
• Work with operational teams to monitor performance, costs and key KPIs.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, controls and reporting.
• Collaborate with data teams to strengthen business insight and decision-making.
• This is a hands-on leadership role offering the opportunity to take ownership of manufacturing finance, develop a team and work closely with the wider business to improve financial and operational performance.
