Job summary

Network Rail in Milton Keynes is recruiting for a fixed-term 12-month role within the finance learning and development community. You will coordinate programme activities, manage stakeholder queries and create engaging content for SharePoint, Viva Engage and email.

The role involves working with suppliers and guest speakers, developing event materials, and monitoring budgets to improve future learning experiences. A collaborative team environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Education to degree level in Communications, L&D or equivalent experience.
• Experience delivering people programmes, specifically L&D.
• Strong knowledge of corporate communications practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate programme activity and answer participant queries.
• Produce communications for SharePoint, Viva Engage and email.
• Work with suppliers, stakeholders and guest speakers to keep initiatives on track.
• Develop event materials, edit content, photos and videos, monitor budgets.
