Job summary

Bosch Group in the UK offers a 12-month internship in the Corporate Finance department based at the Denham office. You will support 3rd party billing, reconciliations, and payment authorisation processes while gaining exposure to global shared service centre activities.

You will be currently studying a relevant degree (Accounting & Finance) and use Microsoft Office extensively, with advanced Excel skills highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage 3rd party billing in line with processes
• Prepare reconciliations and investigate reconciling items for closure
• Manage signatories’ process for payment authorisation
• AP liaison between Shared Service Centre and Vendors
• Resolve escalation queries for AP raised by Global SSCs (Bangalore and Romania)
• Daily management of interface and relationships between HUB RO and IN
• Handle ad-hoc projects as experience grows

Robert Bosch is offering a student the opportunity for 2 Interns to work at Bosch in the Corporate Finance department.
Your contribution to something big:

• Management of 3rd party billing in line with established processes.
• Preparation of reconciliations and investigate reconciling items for closure.
• Manage the signatories’ process for payment authorisation.
• Accounts Payable liaison between Shared Service Centre and Vendors.
• Conclude escalation queries for AP raised by Global Shared Service Centres (Bangalore and Romania)
• Daily management of interface and relationships between HUB RO and IN.
• Other ad-hoc projects will be assigned once the successful candidate has gained some experience and demonstrated their abilities.

Qualifications

Currently studying for a degree in a relevant discipline i.e. Accounting & Finance.
You should be a proficient user of Microsoft Office, additionally, it is highly desirable that you are an advanced user of Excel.

Additional Information

This is a 12-month internship beginning inJune 2027. This position is open to undergraduate students who are eligible to partake in a work placement as part of their university course.

Location: you will be based at the Denham office.

As an Intern at Bosch, you will participate in an exclusive learning and development programme called the BUILD Programme designed to support you through your internship journey. It includes a mixture of in-person and virtual sessions on topics including Effective Communication and Leading Myself provided by expert external trainers.
