Bosch UK offers a 12-month internship based in Denham, focused on supporting the operations team with procedural mapping, invoice verification, and internal controls. You will use Power BI and other tools to improve transparency and KPIs across UK processes.

The role involves developing an internal Bosch intranet page, assisting with audits, and contributing to Trader Support Service data preparation for shipments to Ireland using automation tools.

Qualificações

Job Description

You will be actively supporting the operations team in areas such as:

• Carrying our procedural mapping and documentation.
• Carrying out Invoice Verification with our brokers and driving process improvements.
• Supporting the Internal Control process ensuring compliance.

You will support the team development of utilising various tools e.g. PowerBI, to bring greater transparency to our processes and results:

• Making sure the MSS data is up to date and provide our internal customers with the relevant KPI’s in a user friendly format.
• Preparation of Trader Support Service data for shipments to Ireland utilising automation tools.
• Assistance in preparation for and attendance at audits (internal, external, broker).
• Develop and maintain an internal Bosch Intranet page to provide up-to-date information to the UK Businesses.

Qualifications

• Studying for a degree in a relevant discipline e.g. Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business
• Excellent MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
• Good knowledge and understanding with Data Analysis tools e.g. Power BI
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines in a time-pressured environment
• Good knowledge of systems (e.g. SAP)

Additional Information

This is a 12-month internship beginning inJuly 2027. This position is open to undergraduate students who are eligible to partake in a work placement as part of their university course.

Location: you will be based at the Denham office.

As an Intern at Bosch, you will participate in an exclusive learning and development programme called the BUILD Programme designed to support you through your internship journey. It includes a mixture of in-person and virtual sessions on topics including Effective Communication and Leading Myself provided by expert external trainers.
