Job summary

Porsche Financial Services Great Britain Ltd (PFSGB) is seeking a Finance & Business Insights Analyst to support the Financial Controller with day-to-day controlling, accounting, reporting and planning. Qualifications

• Qualification in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Data Analytics or equivalent.
• Part-qualified AAT, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint with data manipulation and financial modelling.
• Experience in financial or management accounting, including reporting and month-end processes.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and communicate insights to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier and customer transactions, invoices, credit notes and journals.
• Support accounts payable/receivable and routine queries.
• Maintain accurate financial records, schedules and evidence with internal controls.
• Assist month-end/year-end close activities including journals, accruals, prepayments and reconciliations.
• Maintain fixed assets, investments, intercompany schedules and assist with audits.
• Prepare and validate financial/sales/operational data for reporting and planning.
• Produce recurring MI, dashboards and Board-pack materials.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning with models and templates.
• Deliver commercial analysis, scenario modelling and business case support.
• Provide finance/MI support to Managing Director for presentations and ad-hoc reports.
• Support statutory/tax/regulatory reporting including VAT and corporation tax.
• Act as MI liaison for projects and process improvements.
