Job summary

Porsche Financial Services Great Britain Ltd is seeking a Finance & Business Insights Analyst to support the Financial Controller with day-to-day controlling, accounting, reporting and planning. The role emphasizes data, BI tools such as Power BI, and AI-enabled technologies to generate insights and drive reporting efficiency.

You will work with autonomy on financial performance management, planning, and continuous improvement, building broad commercial and financial expertise across Porsche.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Data Analytics or equivalent
• Part-qualified AAT, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent accounting qualification
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills including data manipulation and financial modelling
• Experience supporting financial or management accounting activities, including reporting, reconciliations and month-end processes
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Process supplier and customer transactions, invoices, credit notes and approved journals
• Support accounts payable and receivable administration, routine queries and payment approvals
• Maintain accurate financial records, schedules and evidence in line with internal controls
• Support month-end and year-end close activities, including journals, accruals and reconciliations
• Maintain fixed asset, investment and intercompany schedules, and assist with audit requirements
• Prepare and validate financial, sales, product, headcount and operational data for reporting and planning
• Produce recurring management information, performance reports, dashboards and Board-pack materials
• Support budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning through maintenance of models, templates and controlled inputs
• Deliver commercial analysis, scenario modelling and business case support to identify trends, risks and opportunities
• Provide technical support to the Managing Director for presentations, financial models and ad-hoc reporting requests
• Support statutory, tax and regulatory reporting, including accounts, VAT, corporation tax and returns
• Act as a finance MI liaison, supporting projects and data quality initiatives
