Job summary

Accountable Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly analytical Senior FP&A Analyst in Liverpool, offering hybrid working and enhanced benefits. You will transform financial and operational data into meaningful insight, build high-quality reporting, and support planning, forecasting and performance improvement initiatives.

You will produce KPI reporting, analyse trends, develop Power BI and ERP-based reporting solutions, and support budgeting and long-term planning with robust financial models.

Qualifications

• Ideally qualified ACCA / CIMA.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Advanced modelling skills are essential.
• Advanced Power BI and Excel capability.
• Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics).
• Financial analysis, planning and performance reporting experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and influence stakeholders - strong presenting skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce KPI reporting, dashboards and management information.
• Analyse trends, variances and risks to deliver actionable insight.
• Build and maintain reporting solutions using Power BI and ERP data.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning.
• Create financial models, scenarios and business cases.
• Improve reporting automation, data quality and governance.
• Partner with finance and operational teams to understand performance drivers.
• Cashflow / working capital.
