Kings Hall College is seeking a Finance & HR Officer to oversee financial health and HR policies effectively. This role involves bookkeeping, payroll management, and support for recruitment and employee relations, ensuring compliance with college procedures. Ideal candidates will have relevant qualifications and experience in both finance and HR, contributing to the college’s commitment to safeguarding and equality.
Location:Kings Hall College, Manchester(office based)
Reports to:Operations Director
Hours:Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
The Finance & HR Officer will be responsible for maintaining the financial health of the college and ensuring HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented. This role combines bookkeeping and payroll responsibilities with HR support functions, including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee relations.
