Job summary

MBDA in Stevenage is recruiting for a Finance Graduate Programme 2027. You will complete three one-year placements across Finance, gaining experience in reporting, budgeting, and contract financial management, with a funded CIMA/ACA path and mentorship.

The role offers a £31,900 salary plus a £3,000 joining bonus, a hybrid pattern (2-3 days on-site), and a comprehensive benefits package including pension, bonus potential, and flexible leave.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in any subject to a minimum of 2.2.
• Demonstrate a general interest in Finance and strong numerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Three one-year placements across Finance areas to gain knowledge and experience.
• Study for the CIMA/ACA qualification with full funding and exam leave.
• Potential relocation support for year at another site.
