NFU Mutual in Stratford-upon-Avon invites applications for a Finance Graduate Scheme. You’ll rotate across Financial Planning & Analysis, Reporting & Controls and Properties Finance, gaining broad exposure and building your career in finance.

You will work towards CIMA or ACCA with full support, a structured development program and mentoring, while benefiting from a competitive starting salary and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• You’ll need at least a 2:1 degree in any subject.
• A numerate or analytical focus is helpful but not essential.
• You’ll be expected to develop financial and analytical skills across teams.

Responsibilities

• Learn how Finance drives business decisions and supports strategic planning.
• Work across teams including FP&A, Reporting & Controls and Properties Finance.
• Pursue CIMA or ACCA with supported development and mentoring.
