Müller UK & Ireland invites applications for the Finance Graduate Programme, starting October/November 2026. This hybrid role offers rotations across Management Accounting, Financial Accounting, and Advanced Management Accounting with hands-on projects and support to complete CIMA qualifications.

You will spend time across Müller Milk and Ingredients (MMI) and Müller Services Limited (MSL), gaining a holistic view of our operations while developing toward a senior finance role, with mentorship

Qualifications

• A STEM or business-related degree with 2:1 or above.
• Willingness to travel to Müller sites with expenses covered.
• Full UK driving license.
• Eligibility to work in the UK (no sponsorship).
• Consumer-focused approach and collaborative spirit.
• Curiosity to learn and the ambition to make an impact.

Responsibilities

• Gain in-depth exposure to Finance functions via rotations.
• Work on real projects and progress toward CIMA qualifications.
• Learn across Müller UK operations and MMI/MSL units.
• Participate in commercial conferences and mentorship.
