Job summary

Müller UK & Ireland invites applications for a Finance Graduate Programme starting October 2026. The role is hybrid with 2 days per week in Severnside, and a starting salary of £30,000 per year.

You will rotate through Müller UK Finance functions, aiming for progression into a senior finance role. The programme offers CIMA qualification support, mentorship, and exposure to Management and Financial Accounting, risk management, and process improvement across MMI and MSL.

Qualifications

• UK driving licence is required.

About the Programme

Our Finance Graduate Programme is designed to develop the next generation of finance leaders within Müller. Over the course of the programme, you will gain in-depth exposure to our finance functions, from Management Accounting to Financial Accounting, as well as Advanced Management Accounting, financial management, and risk management. You will work on real projects, complete your CIMA qualifications, and receive tailored training to build a strong foundation for your finance career. You will spend time across both MMI and MSL functions, developing your knowledge of the different business units. After completing the programme, you'll continue to expand your expertise, preparing for a senior role within the finance department.

What You Will Need?

To be part of Müller's Finance Graduate Programme, you will need:

• A STEM or business-related Degree: at 2:1 or above, completed within the last three years
• Travel: Flexibility to travel to other Müller sites for the purpose of project work or learning activities with expenses covered
• UK Driver's License: Must hold a full UK driving license
• UK Residency: Eligibility to work in the UK (Please note this role is not eligible for sponsorship as the salary falls below the required threshold)
