Job summary

Airbus Operations Limited invites applications for the Airbus Global Graduate Programme in Finance. This three-year scheme provides early responsibility to influence decision making, with six placements across the global business and a path to CIMA membership.

You will rotate between UK and transnational sites, develop leadership and technical finance skills, and join a community of graduates with strong mentoring and development weeks annually.

Qualifications

• A 2:1 or above (or equivalent) in an appropriate degree and a desire to gain a CIMA membership.
• Strong ambition and commitment for a career in Finance.
• Minimum of 1 year management accounting related work experience.
• International mobility to move between Airbus sites every 6 months (visa support).
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Rotate between placements across our global business as a business partner and in technical financial roles.
• Study towards CIMA to become a fully qualified Chartered Management Accountant by the end of the graduate scheme.
• Build professional networks locally and internationally and contribute to cross-site projects.
• Support decision making and contribute to the financial controlling and accounting activities across the company.
