Mondelēz International is offering a Finance Graduate program in the UK, designed to develop future leaders. Over three years you will rotate across our UK sites, taking on real responsibilities with direct guidance from managers and mentors, while pursuing professional qualifications such as CIMA/ACCA.
The program provides on-the-job training, formal lessons, and opportunities to work with Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing & Operations, and Projects. A strong learner with initiative will fit well.

Over three years your learning with be sculpted by on the job industry experience where you’ll take on real responsibilities, direct guidance from cream‑of‑the‑crop managers and mentors, and structured, formal lessons from our in‑house graduate academy. You’ll also be supported in gaining your professional qualification (either in CIMA/ ACCA). With all this, you’ll gain a holistic understanding of our business and grow in leaps and bounds.
You’ll get to work across our Finance team in a series of real roles, designed to give you breadth and depth of knowledge and develop a whole host of skills, to transform you into the highest quality finance business partner. This will include roles across our UK sites which will require flexibility and mobility over the 3-year scheme.
Rotations include partnering with our Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing & Operations teams as well as Financial Control, Accounting and Projects.

- Mobility to relocate – we ask for all Graduates to be flexible and willing to relocate for different roles, this may be domestically and/or internationally

We will be holding our final stage assessment centre for this role in‑person at our Bournville offices on Monday 7th of December 2026. Reasonable travel expenses will be covered.
