Johnson Matthey in the UK invites ambitious graduates to join a three-year Finance Graduate programme with rotations across London, Royston, and possibly Lithuania.

The scheme sponsors CIMA or ACCA, offers a competitive salary and benefits, and provides mentoring and tailored career advice to help you build a long-term career in finance.

Qualifications

• Be on track to achieve a 2:1 degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Chemistry or Maths.
• Have achieved an A grade in A-Level Maths.
• Available to start full-time in September 2027.
• Flexible and willing to relocate nationally and/or internationally for the three rotations.
• Demonstrate ambition and a genuine interest in developing a career in Finance.

Job title: Finance Graduate Location: UK flexible At Johnson Matthey, your work will matter. You’ll help tackle the world’s biggest challenges - cutting emissions, powering modern society and enhancing lives - as we continue to apply, refine and recycle metals that matter, for a healthier and more resilient future.

The Role

This is a three-year programme which includes rotations where you can develop highly transferable skills and competencies in transactional, operational and specialist Finance. Your rotations will take place across our London head office, our manufacturing and service hub in Royston and potentially our Lithuanian global business solutions hub. We will also sponsor your academic qualification (either CIMA or ACCA) and we offer a highly competitive salary and bonus structure coupled with market leading benefits. The programme is robust and challenging, but we believe strongly in mentoring and coaching partnerships, and you will receive plenty of support and career advice along the way. No two career paths are the same; as part of this programme, you’ll forge a journey with JM that reflects your strengths, interests, and passion. Graduates can select either ACCA or CIMA courses to gain an academic qualification.
