Job summary

GDS Group in Bristol is seeking a Finance Executive to run day-to-day transactional finance across our UK and US entities, reporting to the Senior Finance Manager in a small, hands-on team. The role suits someone accurate, organised and confident with software, owning high-volume processes end to end.

You’ll use NetSuite, Tipalti, Payhawk, Stacks, Statement, Salesforce and BambooHR daily to keep data flowing accurately between systems and support month-end close.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a transactional finance role (purchase ledger, sales ledger or credit control).
• Experience with a cloud ERP (NetSuite preferred).
• Experience with an AP or expense tool (Tipalti or Payhawk preferred).
• Good understanding of double-entry bookkeeping.
• Confident Excel user (lookups, pivots, system exports).
• Quick to learn new software and work across several systems.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices in Tipalti and manage payments.
• Process employee expenses and card transactions in Payhawk.
• Post journals and maintain records in NetSuite.
• Support month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Monitor bank feeds and cash position across GBP, USD and EUR accounts.
• Raise invoices in Salesforce and reconcile with NetSuite.
