Job Description:

Are you looking to join a vibrant team in a role that combines the precision of financial management with the excitement of event planning?

Our client, a leading and renowned conference and events venue, is looking for a Finance & Events Administrator. The core of this role requires strong attention to detail, excellent multitasking abilities and the capacity to support both the finance and events teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage finance-related processes, including supplier setup, invoicing, client deposits and payment tracking within the sales and events system.
  • Process and reconcile invoices, ensuring accuracy and addressing any discrepancies
  • Assist with credit control and maintain financial records
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales & Events team, including responding to client inquiries and entering event details
  • Coordinate internal event bookings, assist in planning exhibitions and manage related logistics
  • Ensure brand consistency in marketing communications and assist with digital marketing efforts
  • Organise meetings, exhibitions and internal events, handling all necessary coordination and client feedback
  • Maintain accurate records of receipts, expenses and client data, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
