Job summary

Morgan McKinley (Milton Keynes) is recruiting a Finance Director (FD) / Head of Finance to take full ownership of the finance function across multi-site operations. You will partner with executive leadership and the board to drive strategy, safeguard enterprise value, manage liquidity, and optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of a finance function (Number 1 in Finance).
• Experience with liquidity management, margin improvement, and FP&A.
• Background in multi-site consumer/retail/leisure environments is preferred.
• Exposure to ERP implementations and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Act as lead financial advisor to the Executive Team and Board on strategy and capital allocation.
• Oversee multi-site strategy, unit economics, margins, and performance frameworks.
• Lead corporate finance activities including investment appraisal and potential M&A.
• Drive budgeting, rolling forecasts, MI, and commercial insights to boost performance.
• Oversee treasury, cash flow forecasting, liquidity control and working capital.
• Ensure compliance with UK GAAP / IFRS and robust internal controls.
