Job Description:

We’re working exclusively with this well-established real estate investor who has recently secured significant funding, leading to substantial growth opportunities.

This role has been created as a direct result of this growth and offers an exciting opportunity to join a business poised for rapid expansion over the next 24 months and beyond.

You will need experience in property/real estate investment funds, as we require someone to establish several new fund structures from both financial and operational perspectives.

• Partner with the MD and CEO to establish several new institutional funds
• Lead the structuring of these funds and appoint appropriate third-party providers
• Implement a best-in-class finance function, including FP&A, financial reporting, and tax
• Leverage technology to enhance commercial and performance reporting capabilities
• Lead and develop an existing team, with plans to expand the team size
• Manage all external banking relationships and lead funding initiatives as the business grows
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting activities
• As the business scales, lead strategic growth initiatives, including outsourcing, operational structuring, and team development for growth readiness

Essential Experience Needed:

• Proven experience as a Finance Director
• Fully qualified accountant with expertise in real estate fund management
• Experience in institutional credit (preferred)

• Experience in establishing new fund structures
• Strong operational and strategic finance skills—this is not a reporting-only role
• Passion for building a successful business
• Confidence balanced with humility
