Job Description:

We’re working exclusively with this well-established Real Estate investor who has recently secured significant funding, leading to substantial growth opportunities.

This role has been created to support this growth and offers an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding business over the next 24 months and beyond.

You’ll need experience in property/real estate investment funds, as you will be establishing several new fund structures from a financial and operational perspective.

• Partner the MD and CEO in establishing new institutional funds
• Lead the structuring of these funds and appoint appropriate third parties
• Implement a best-in-practice finance function, including FP&A, financial reporting, and tax
• Leverage technology to enhance reporting and performance capabilities
• Lead and develop an existing team, increasing its size
• Manage external banking relationships and funding requirements as the business grows
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting activities
• Drive strategic growth initiatives, including outsourcing and operational structuring
