Job Description:

We’re working exclusively with this well-established real estate investor who has recently secured significant funding, leading to substantial growth opportunities!

This role has been created as a direct result of this growth and offers an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding business over the next 24 months and beyond.

You’ll need experience in property/real estate investment funds, as we require someone to establish several new fund structures from both a financial and operational perspective.

• Partner with the MD and CEO to establish new institutional funds
• Lead fund structuring and appoint third-party providers
• Implement best practices in finance, including FP&A, financial reporting, and tax
• Leverage technology to enhance reporting and performance capabilities
• Lead and develop an existing team, increasing team size as needed
• Manage external banking relationships and funding requirements as the business grows
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting activities
• Lead strategic growth initiatives, including outsourcing, operational structuring, and team development for scalable growth

Essential Experience Needed:

• Proven experience as a Finance Director
