Job Description:

We’re working exclusively with a well-established real estate investor who has recently secured significant funding, leading to substantial growth opportunities.

This role has been created as a direct result of this growth and offers an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding business over the next 24 months and beyond.

You will need experience in property/real estate investment funds, as we require someone to establish several new fund structures from both a financial and operational perspective.

• Partner with the MD and CEO to establish multiple new institutional funds
• Lead the structuring of these funds and appoint appropriate third-party providers
• Implement a best-in-class finance function, including FP&A, financial reporting, and tax
• Leverage technology to enhance commercial and performance reporting capabilities
• Lead and develop an existing team, increasing its size as needed
• Manage all external banking relationships and oversee funding requirements as the business grows
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting activities
• As the company scales, lead strategic growth initiatives such as outsourcing, operational restructuring, and team development for growth readiness
