Job summary

Greenwell Gleeson is recruiting a UK Finance Director for an established international manufacturing group. You will lead finance across the UK operations, partnering with site leadership and Group Finance to improve profitability, strengthen financial control and support investment decisions.

You will be an ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified finance leader with substantial experience in a complex manufacturing environment, overseeing multiple sites and driving financial performance across the UK.

Qualifications

Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA with extensive experience in complex manufacturing.
Experience leading across multiple sites within an international group.
Proven track record of improving profitability, controls and reporting.
Strong stakeholder influence and collaborative leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead UK financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting with insight into performance.
Partner with operations to improve margins, productivity and cost efficiency.
Oversee cash flow, working capital and capital expenditure.
Manage site finance teams and UK shared service centre.
Evaluate investment proposals and monitor returns against business cases.
Ensure robust accounting and compliance with statutory and group reporting.
Lead finance transformation projects to improve performance.
Oversee R&D site financial planning and reporting.
Drive continuous improvement across processes and systems.
