Qualifications

• Significant UK Finance Director experience with FP&A, reporting and controls.
• Experience leading international finance teams in a matrix organisation.
• Hands-on, credible and able to balance strategic priorities with day‑to‑day finance work.

Responsibilities

• Maintain month-end, quarter-end and management reporting processes.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting across the business.
• Improve forecasting across complex commercial relationships.
• Provide clear financial insight and support senior leadership decisions.
• Maintain robust controls, governance and audit readiness.
• Coach and support senior finance staff.
• Oversee finance transformation, ERP, reporting and process improvement projects.
• Bring structure and focus during periods of transition.
