Job summary

Talk Staff Group Limited is partnering with a growing technology business to appoint an experienced Finance Director who will own the finance function and influence strategic growth. You will work closely with the Founder/MD, Board and investors to shape the financial infrastructure.

Based in the East Midlands with a hybrid model, the role offers a 4-day week and direct exposure to senior leadership, including the Founder and investors. Salary £75,000 - £85,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as FD, Head of Finance or Financial Controller.
• Comfortable leading the finance function as the senior finance leader in a growing business.
• Experience in technology, engineering, manufacturing, SMEs, start-ups/scale-ups or investor-backed environments would be advantageous.
• Commercially minded with a hands-on approach.

We are working with a growing technology business that is entering an exciting new phase of commercial growth following significant investment.

They are now looking for an experienced Finance Director to take ownership of the finance function and help build the financial infrastructure needed to support the next stage of the business.

This is a hands-on role with genuine influence, working closely with the Founder/MD, Board and investors.

To be considered for the role, you ll require the following essentials:

• Proven experience working as a FD, Head of Finance or Financial Controller
• Comfortable operating as the senior finance leader in a growing business
• Experience within technology, engineering, manufacturing, SMEs, start-ups/scale ups or investor backed environments/businesses would be advantageous
• Commercially minded with a hands-on approach

Within this position, you ll also be:
