Page Executive in London is seeking a Finance Director to lead budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning for a growing tech/logistics business in North East London. You will oversee financial operations, provide insights to the founder/CEO, and drive performance across the organisation.

You will mentor a finance team, manage cash flow and risk, collaborate with other departments, and implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining high performance standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as Finance Director leading a finance function.
• Proven budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning expertise.
• Experience in scaling, founder-led SMEs.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) and regulatory knowledge.

Profile

A successful Finance Director should have:

• An established career as a Finance Director having worked as a no 1 in the finance function
• Track record of working in a scaling, founder led SME
• Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.
• Experience in managing and developing high-performing finance teams.
• Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
• A professional accounting qualification, such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.

Job Offer

• Salary between £100,000 and £120,000, dependent on the level of experience.
• Company car provided as part of the package.
