Job summary

TALK STAFF GROUP LIMITED, a growing technology business, is seeking an experienced Finance Director to own the finance function and build the infrastructure to support next growth phase. This is a hands-on role with real influence, working closely with the Founder/MD, Board and investors.

• Proven experience as FD, Head of Finance or Financial Controller.
• Comfortable operating as the senior finance leader in a growing business.
• Experience in technology/engineering/manufacturing/SMEs/start-ups or investor-backed environments would be advantageous.

We are working with a growing technology business that is entering an exciting new phase of commercial growth following significant investment.

They are now looking for an experienced Finance Director to take ownership of the finance function and help build the financial infrastructure needed to support the next stage of the business.

This is a hands-on role with genuine influence, working closely with the Founder/MD, Board and investors.

To be considered for the role, you ll require the following essentials:

• Proven experience working as a FD, Head of Finance or Financial Controller
• Comfortable operating as the senior finance leader in a growing business
• Experience within technology, engineering, manufacturing, SMEs, start-ups/scale ups or investor backed environments/businesses would be advantageous
• Commercially minded with a hands-on approach

Within this position, you ll also be:

Salary & Working Hours

Salary is £75,000 - £85,000 per annum, dependant on experience

4 day working week with a hybrid model with a minimum of 2 days per week in the Nottingham Office
