BMT is seeking a Finance Analyst & Digital Finance Specialist to join our Finance team in a hybrid role (Teddington/London, at least 2 days on-site). You will drive automation, modernise financial processes using Power Platform, IFS Cloud, and Power BI, and support management accounting, treasury, and reporting activities.
The role emphasizes collaboration, process improvement, and practical digital enablement.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable analytical capability with finance knowledge to interpret results and metrics.
- Understanding of core finance concepts (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, reconciliations).
- Experience in financial reporting, management accounts, or audit processes.
Responsibilities
- Drive automation and digital transformation across the Finance function.
- Design and implement automated workflows to streamline processes.
- Collaborate with Group Finance and stakeholders to deliver cross‑functional automation initiatives.
- Support budgeting, treasury reporting and audit activities as required.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy through system-driven solutions.
