Job summary

Experis is seeking a Finance Product Development Analyst in Milton Keynes for hybrid working. You will bridge Finance, Change and Technology to embed Finance requirements in a portfolio of business change initiatives, assess impact, identify improvements and drive operational excellence.

Key tasks include coordinating UAT, maintaining processes, reporting benefits, and leading automation opportunities while mitigating risks and ensuring regulatory compliance across Finance.

Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Services or a regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of Finance processes, controls and reporting including SAP.
• Proven track record delivering or supporting transformation, process improvement or change initiatives.
• Excellent data analysis skills across reporting, systems, automation and process optimisation.
• Ability to analyse business processes, data flows and complex tech issues to practical solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative assessment of changes and recommend solutions.
• Act as Finance SME representing requirements across change initiatives.
• Ensure Finance objectives align with change activities and strategy.
• Collaborate across Finance to assess impact on systems, processes, reporting and controls.
• Analyse and evaluate change initiatives; ensure Finance requirements are captured.
