Job summary

Milestone Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Finance Data Governance Business Analyst on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

You will act as the liaison between business and IS teams, shaping and documenting finance data requirements for digital solutions. The role combines business analysis, data governance, change management, and finance process expertise to improve how finance data is defined, governed, accessed and consumed across the organisation, working with stakeholders across regulated

Qualifications

Experience as a Business Analyst in Finance, data or analytics programmes.
Strong knowledge of finance processes, reporting and data management.
Experience gathering requirements, facilitating workshops and documenting BA output.
Understanding of Data Governance, governance models and data quality.
Experience in regulated environments and SOX controls is a plus.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience supporting change management and adoption initiatives.
Ability to work independently with multiple stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

Identify, shape and document business processes and requirements for digital finance solutions.
Bridge business and IS teams to deliver governance and reporting improvements.
Support data quality initiatives and maintain governance frameworks.
